  • Rates do not include 8.25% sales tax.
  • Please call (315)369-6447 for most recent rates and availability.
  • Rates are based on a per cabin basis..
  • Occupancy is limited to the maximum stated (i.e. 2, 4 or 6 persons). Otherwise extra person rate may apply.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
Reservations
  • Reservations are recommended.
  • Confirmed reservations require a 50% deposit with remaining balance due upon arrival.
  • No personal checks accepted at check-in.
  • All cabins require a credit card on file or a $50 cash deposit to cover any excessive cleaning, towel loss or damage, or damage to cabin.
  • A credit card confirmation is required on all reservations made within 10 days of arrival.
  • Cancellations can be made 21 days prior to arrival with no penalty. If the deposit was paid by credit card there will be a 4% fee to cover processing fees. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged 50% of rental, or a minimum of one night stay, which ever is greater. However, if the cabin can be re-rented, only a cancellation fee of $15 will be charged.
